Seven-day right to change your mindOpen document

Brazilian consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase made outside a physical store within seven days. Fader Club applies that period to every purchase, counted from payment confirmation, and no reason is required. Inside the window you may request cancellation yourself from the order page under Purchases; outside it, contact Support, which also handles duplicate charges, access problems, and content that does not match its description. The seven-day period is the minimum guaranteed by law; the current platform setting is shown on the order itself.

How to request it

Open the order under Purchases and choose to request a refund review. The request is recorded with its date and reviewed by the team. Your access stays active while the request is open, so nothing is taken away before a decision is made. You will be notified of the outcome in the account, and the order page records each step. Requesting a refund does not by itself cancel the purchase; the cancellation takes effect when the refund is approved and sent to the payment provider.

What happens to your access

A full refund cancels the purchase: the course enrolment and any digital-product entitlement bought in that order are revoked at the same time the money is returned, and the material stops being available in your account. A partial or goodwill refund may instead return part of the amount while your access continues; when that applies it is stated in the decision. Files you downloaded before the refund remain in your possession, and the licence to use them ends with the refund.

How the money comes back

The refund is always returned through the same method used to pay, and Fader Club absorbs the payment provider's fee, so an approved full refund returns the full amount you paid. Card refunds are sent back to the card and may take one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Pix refunds return to the paying account, usually quickly. Boleto refunds are returned by Mercado Pago through the same process, with no extra step required from you; because boleto is paid in cash the transfer back to your account can take a little longer to appear than a card or Pix reversal.

When a refund may be refused

A request may be declined when the order was already refunded or charged back, when the same purchase is being disputed with your bank at the same time, or when the account shows fraud, payment-data misuse, or organised abuse of this policy, including repeatedly buying and returning the same material. A refusal is explained and does not remove your statutory rights or your ability to escalate through Support or the consumer authorities.

Subscriptions, coupons, and creator content

Fader Club does not currently sell subscriptions or recurring plans; every purchase is a one-time payment. A discount applied at checkout is refunded at the price actually paid, not the full list price. Courses and digital products are published by independent creators, and Fader Club processes the payment and the refund; when a decision depends on the creator, that is stated in the response. If a creator removes content you have already bought, contact Support so access or a refund can be arranged.
